As a Dairy Risk Manager, you will navigate the complexities of dairy commodity risk management by analyzing market trends and macroeconomic factors. You will develop price forecasts and strategies to safeguard business margins.

• •Minimum 6 years of experience in Commodities/Risk Management
• •Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages advantageous
• •Experience in commodity risk management and commodity markets
• •Experience in global agricultural markets, preference for dairy
• •Cost modelling and expanding hedgeability of physical exposures
• •Stakeholder-oriented service to internal clients
• •Autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork
• •Good presentation skills with structured messaging
• •Risk management or trading background, preferably in agri commodities
• •Negotiation and influence skills for business decisions
• •Strong communication ability and forecasting skills

• •Data management/AI knowledge advantageous
