Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience with OT security in manufacturing environments
- •Validated experience in cybersecurity projects with implementation focus
- •Expertise in cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 62443)
- •Knowledge of internal guidelines and their implementation
- •Proven track record in translating requirements into actionable measures
- •Understanding of network architectures, firewalls, and endpoint security
- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- •Project management and risk management capabilities
- •Ability to work with international teams and coordinate across multiple sites
- •Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- •Proficiency in English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate cybersecurity activities across multiple plants
- •Collaborate with IT and CYS organizations and factory teams
- •Review factory cybersecurity maturity assessments
- •Identify gaps against internal guidelines and standards
- •Derive and prioritize measures based on Business Continuity Planning
- •Support implementation of security solutions based on operational needs
- •Provide guidance for integrating solutions into existing IT/OT infrastructures
- •Ensure compliance with Siemens cybersecurity standards
- •Prepare progress reports and status updates for management and partners
- •Document implemented measures and lessons learned
- •Structure and implement learnings from existing incidents in the factory network
