Anforderungen
- •Several years of OT security experience
- •Experience in implementation-focused cybersecurity projects
- •Expertise in ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 62443
- •Knowledge of internal guideline implementation
- •Track record in translating requirements
- •Understanding of network architectures and firewalls
- •Understanding of endpoint security
- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- •Project and risk management capabilities
- •Ability to work with international teams
- •Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- •Proficiency in English and German

- •Coordinate cybersecurity activities across multiple plants
- •Collaborate with IT, CYS, and factory teams
- •Review cybersecurity maturity assessments and implementation status
- •Identify gaps against ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 standards
- •Prioritize measures based on Business Continuity Planning
- •Support implementation of network segmentation and access controls
- •Manage patch management and security solution integration
- •Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards
- •Design effective security approaches for individual plants
- •Prepare progress reports and management status updates
- •Document implemented measures and lessons learned
- •Structure and implement learnings from existing incidents
