Anforderungen

•Degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
•Additional certifications in cybersecurity and networking
•Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
•Hands-on experience with security products
•Practical experience with networking equipment
•Familiarity with SOC
•Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems
•Strong teamwork and resilience under pressure
•Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
•Willingness to work intensively and travel
•High self-learning ability and initiative

•Conduct cybersecurity surveys and assessments
•Implement regulatory requirements, including NIST
•Initiate and manage cybersecurity projects and work plans
•Integrate new technologies in networking and cybersecurity
•Enhance security levels in operational and security networks
•Collaborate closely with IT and ICS teams across plants
•Interact with regulatory bodies as needed
