You’ll be the go-to expert, leading by example and helping both your team and our clients navigate the ever-evolving world of customs. ### Your key responsibilities: * Leading and mentoring a team of customs professionals, providing guidance and support. * Overseeing the customs clearance process to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations. * Managing workloads and allocating tasks effectively to meet deadlines. * Working closely with clients and stakeholders, addressing any customs-related issues. * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. * Providing training to enhance team expertise. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. * Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. ### ### Who are we looking for?
