* CREATION... of quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes and order documents in SAP
* ORGANISATION... of the international dispatch of goods including the necessary documents such as invoicing in SAP, shipping order, customs documents, delivery note, invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin, supplier's declaration
* FIRST POINT OF CONTACT... for customers and production regarding delivery dates
* COMMUNICATION INTERFACE... to all departments of the company
* ORDER TRACKING... in SAP incl. deadline maintenance
* ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES... such as sending audit reports, filing incl. all tax-relevant documents, mail distribution, ordering office supplies

The minimum salary for 25 hours per week is from € 2,078 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
