  • •Provide onsite and remote technical support for I&A products, specializing in Nanoindentation and AFM systems.
  • •Perform onsite installations and software setups.
  • •Conduct user orientation training for customers.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • •Resolve application-related problems efficiently.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to optimize system use.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance visits for instruments.
  • •Perform onsite repairs and communicate solutions clearly.
  • •Maintain accurate service records in the management system.
  • •Deliver comprehensive customer training on calibration and operation.
  • •Assist customers in optimizing workflows and best practices.
  • •Liaise with internal teams for excellent customer outcomes.
  • •Provide feedback on customer insights and technical challenges.
  • •Promote service products and generate leads for sales.
  • •Support new product introductions and field readiness.
  • •Generate detailed site reports and risk assessments.
  • •Submit updates on open issues and contribute to knowledge sharing.
