# Customer Support Representative (m/f/d)

**Your Responsibilities**
* You will be the main point of contact for users seeking professional support with inquiries related to our property management software products.
* You will analyze, assess, process, and document support requests in our ticketing system, collaborating with internal contacts to ensure the most accurate solutions.
* You will independently communicate solutions to customers and provide them with sustainable guidance.
* You will proactively create technical content (articles) for our Help Center to offer customers a broad range of self-service options.
* You will contribute to the continuous optimization of the customer support organization to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
**Your Profile**
* You have successfully completed a degree in real estate management or an equivalent vocational training with a real estate focus. Relevant professional experience in support (user consulting) is also welcome.
* Good knowledge of real estate management processes (especially with Wodis) is an advantage.
* You are communicative and have a collegial and customer-oriented approach.
* You have experience using standard software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
* You demonstrate strong customer and service orientation.
* You work responsibly, independently, and as part of a team.
* Your high level of motivation, initiative, and commitment inspires others and leads to shared success.
