Customer Support Intern(m/w/x)

## Your role at Dynatrace As a Customer Support Intern, you will join our Post Sales team to handle a brand new project focused on communication and UX / UI design. This internship is designed for university students who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Based in Dynatrace Headquarter in **Linz (preferred)**, but Vienna can be considered as well. Your responsibilities include: * Collaboration with the marketing and post-sales teams to craft visually appealing and engaging materials. * Developing creative visuals, graphics, and digital assets to enhance customer engagement. * Ensuring alignment between written content and visual design for marketing campaigns. * Working closely with team members to learn best practices in post-sales customer support and content creation. * Thinking creatively to bring fresh ideas to content and visual storytelling. Projected start date: July ## Compensation For summer internships, we do offer a minimum monthly gross salary of 2200€ for BSc students and 2500€ for MSc students. Professional interns are awarded higher salary, depending on their qualifications.
