## Customer Success Manager (gn) Enterprise ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Dresden --- ##### Your mission As a Customer Success Manager focused on the Enterprise sector, you will be at the forefront of the Wandelbots mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites. You will be responsible for driving and executing an Enterprise Customer journey that enables our Customers to adopt and scale the Wandelbots NOVA platform and become future-proof, software-driven manufacturing organizations of excellence. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and your Revenue colleagues to bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users easier access to robotics than ever before. **What You'll Do** * Lead the Customer journey from late-stage Sales to full onboarding and beyond * Develop collaboration plans with your Customers to ensure their success, making sure they are maximising their outcomes from Wandelbots products and services * Develop land and expand strategies that drive growth, from proof-of-concept projects to enterprise-wide rollouts * Monitor Customer sentiment and health and proactively address potential issues * Design and coordinate trainings, technical workshops, expert consultation, and other support services and solutions to ensure issue resolution and product adoption * Gather Customer feedback and insights to inform our revenue generation strategies and support the Product and Engineering team in product development * Represent the voice of the customer, with data, within internal discussions ##### Your profile * Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B Enterprise environments (you have successfully worked with large Enterprise accounts) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders (you are equally comfortable in a room with engineers or C-suite) * Proven experience working in startups or fast-paced, fast-changing, organizations (you have high tolerance for ambiguity and quickly learn and adapt to new situations) * Strong understanding and experience with technical products, preferably in the robotics, software development, or deep tech sectors * Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and Design teams. You are someone who can motivate others around you for the same goal * Strong self-organisational skills and attention to detail (you are good at planning, documenting, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM, CS platform, and tickets) * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus * Willingness to travel as needed to meet your Customers and attend trade fairs * Willingness to commute regularly to Dresden, particularly in the first months of your onboarding **You Are Awesome If** * You have a past in a technical role or are curious enough to have learned to write code, pursue a no/low-code project, or even program a robot. * You're passionate about technology, its potential to transform industries, and you contaminate others with that passion * You work or have worked in production, manufacturing or industrial automation ##### Why us? **Make an impact!** Work on an innovative, deep tech product that adds value to the robotics world and to society!
