Anforderungen

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
  • Comfortable managing multiple global accounts
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-first approach
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous
  • Proven experience in customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
  • Experience working with B2B customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Own the onboarding journey for new B2B partners
  • Ensure smooth integration, training, and activation of eSIM services
  • Serve as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Manage renewals, performance reviews, and success planning
  • Drive adoption by aligning services with partner goals
  • Monitor account health using usage and revenue metrics
  • Take action to prevent churn and drive growth
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights for product improvements
  • Advocate for customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
  • Help customers achieve their goals using our services
