  • •University degree with technical focus or similar background
  • •Basic programming skills using Java, C, or C++
  • •Knowledge of basics of cryptography
  • •TCP/IP networking knowledge
  • •Cooperative, communicative, service and solution-oriented
  • •Very good English communication skills
  • •Experience with ERP and CRM systems

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Ensure an excellent customer experience in collaboration with customers and partners
  • •Support customers and partners in problem-solving to achieve high satisfaction
  • •Continuously improve support quality and infrastructure
  • •Act as a capable partner in support cases
  • •Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support cases
  • •Simulate customer problems in the TestLab and implement testing and analysis programs for L3 support
  • •Manage root cause analysis for RMA cases
  • •Maintain and improve the support infrastructure, including the knowledge base and support portal
  • •Collaborate with global support colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders
