Anforderungen
- •German language proficiency
- •At least 2 years of experience in technical development or sales engineering
- •Proven experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platform
- •Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including SSO, API development, and system synchronization
- •Experience in developing complex integrations using Python
- •Ability to manage technical implementation projects
- •Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills
- •Proactive approach to problem-solving
- •Passion for learning and curiosity about new technologies
- •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related field preferred

- •Manage technical rollout during customer onboarding
- •Configure and customize integrations using Workato
- •Design and implement complex integration solutions
- •Connect Beekeeper with external systems through APIs
- •Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps
- •Gather technical requirements from customers
- •Translate requirements into actionable integration solutions
- •Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey
- •Support customer success teams with integration needs
- •Identify opportunities for automation
- •Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- •Provide feedback on product enhancements
- •Seek opportunities to improve integration processes
- •Optimize the customer implementation experience
- •Develop training materials on integration solutions
