•Many years of experience in power transmission and distribution systems or projects
•Experience in designing communication infrastructure concepts and knowledge of common communication protocols
•Communication technology knowledge (hardware, protocols, architecture development)
•Ability to communicate, present, and influence technical partners
•Eagerness and initiative to seek out opportunities
•Resilience and determination in managing design cycles and interest in interface management
•Willingness to travel and proficiency in German and English

•Engage in consultative technical discussions with customers
•Understand specific business challenges and industry trends
•Develop account-specific strategies with the Account Management team
•Create customer-tailored end-to-end blueprints with Solution Engineering teams
•Implement roadmaps considering direct and indirect channels
•Translate complex technical requirements into clear technical visions
•Develop digital threads, use cases, and scenarios
•Ensure clear technical documentation and solution presentations
•Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions
•Support the development of solution-based automation and digitalization concepts
•Act as a bridge between Account Management and Solution Engineering/PLM teams
•Drive technical aspects of business case development
•Collaborate on sophisticated technical proposals
•Orchestrate collaboration across internal and external partners
•Co-create complex solutions with partners
•Deliver market feedback to relevant parts of the organization
