Working Student Customer Service
Germany - Frankfurt | Part time
Main tasks:

Complaints processing/maintenance of the database

Inventory monitoring of the consignment warehouse

Creation of delivery bills - Creation of monthly SOX checks

Preparation of weekly KPI calls

Master data maintenance

Review of procedural instructions and adjustment if necessary
