# Customer Service Administrator DACH
For our location **in Geneva**, we are looking for a Executive Assistant to the CEO **(m/f/d)** to start as soon as possible.
**YOUR FUTHER ROLL:**
* *Provide high level administrative support to the CEO*
* *Manage agenda, organize meetings, prepare briefing documents*
* *Coordinate business travel (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries)*
* *Liaise with inteernal departments and external stakeholders*
* *Handle confidental documents with integrity*
* *Draft emails, reports and presentations in english and French*
* *Support CEO in project management and operational follow-uos as well as sales administration*
* *Maintain an overview of key business deadlines and priorities*
