- •Hands-on experience in Python
- •5+ years in SRE/Platform/Solutions/FDE
- •Strong with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, IaC, CI/CD, networking, backup/restore
- •Experience with observability stacks and scripting
- •Enterprise integration experience and confident communication
- •Residency in the European Union

- •Produce reference architectures and reusable templates
- •Unblock enterprise environments including identity and networking
- •Define SLOs and error budgets with customers
- •Implement end-to-end observability and dashboards
- •Create runbooks and playbooks
- •Lead L3 incident response and root cause analyses
- •Drive reliability roadmaps to completion
- •Plan and execute upgrades and security patches
- •Ensure rollback and post-upgrade verification
- •Participate in the on-call rotation
- •Train customer teams on operations and emergency procedures
- •Hand off processes to Support and Customer Success Management
- •Prioritize reliability and productization backlog
- •Document setup guides, diagrams, SLOs, and testing procedures
