# Customer Relations Manager - Spanish and English fluency essential (m/w/d)
## Your Tasks
* Responding to customer emails
* Managing customer expectations
* Anticipating customer needs
* Liaising with and supporting all internal teams on customer-related matters
* Building, managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Coordinating internally to resolve customer queries
* Ensuring internal and external documentation is kept up-to-date, e.g. customer on-boarding guide, reference documents, internal manuals
* Minuting meetings
* Coordinating new customer onboarding process
* Scheduling customer business reviews and helping to prepare content
* Testing, maintaining and improving business intelligence tools in conjunction with IT department
* Other customer-related tasks as may be required to support the business
## Your Profile
* Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
* Work experience in the music industry (music publishing, record label, CMO or licensing at DSP) is highly desirable
* Familiarity with music industry rightsflow and experience in song royalty tracking
* Account management experience
* Microsoft Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Meticulous attention to detail and customer-centric mindset
