Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or operations
- •Several years of professional experience in production planning, material flow, and inventory management
- •Clear communication and team leadership skills
- •In-depth knowledge of logistics and production processes
- •Strong understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Proficiency in ERP (SAP), APS, planning tools, MS Office, Power BI, and data systems

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the S&OE and support the S&OP team
- •Translate customer demands into executable production plans
- •Ensure on-time and in-full delivery from the Burscheid plant
- •Align demand forecasts with customer priorities
- •Balance capacity with customer requirements
- •Apply one piece flow, pull/push systems, and takt-based scheduling
- •Develop demand forecasts and align production schedules with customer needs
- •Ensure material availability and manage inventory buffers
- •Maintain flow from raw materials to finished goods
- •Collaborate with material planning, production, and logistics
