## Your Job
**What this role looks like.**
* Implementing and managing personalised, automated communication flows across channels, esp. for e-mail journeys within Adobe Campaign (e.g., setting up Welcome/Win Back Journeys) to engage customers at different lifecycle stages
* Using existing audiences and defining requirements for the creation of new audiences within the “Hightouch” CDP in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders
* Analysing customer behaviour (e.g., churn patterns and the impact of retention efforts) to provide recommendations for improving the automated, segmented communication flows
* Collaborating with a growing team of experienced professionals in the field of automated and segmented customer communication
## Your Profile
**What you bring with you.**
* Completed degree, ideally with a focus on marketing or customer communication
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation
* Experience in marketing automation platforms, preferably Adobe Campaigns and Hightouch
* Very good English language skills (CEFR level C)
