Anforderungen

•Ability to travel for work
•Degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering, or equivalent experience
•Several years of experience in international commercial contracting or legal environment
•Several years of experience in drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience
•Understanding of English law regarding commercial contracts
•High degree of business understanding
•Customer minded with strong intercultural understanding
•Diplomacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills
•Strong stakeholder and relationship management
•Ability to reach agreements on a non-confrontational win-win basis
•Team player with a positive attitude
•Ability to participate in transversal, international projects
•Ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous mode
•English language skills at negotiation level, additional languages a plus

•Assist internal stakeholders with contractual topics
•Support Airbus campaigns with negotiation guidance
•Drive digitalization of contract lifecycle management
