Your key responsilities
* Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate handling in coordination with Distribution, Forwarding Agents, and Planning teams.
* Monitor and evaluate customer credit limits in collaboration with Finance and Account Management, adhering to compliance and segregation of duties.
* Oversee delivery processing, including manual or automated batch allocations, tailored to specific customer and industry requirements.
* Handle return orders and customer complaints, ensuring accurate documentation (e.g., order confirmations, invoices, credit notes) and coordination of product replacements.
* Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service teams to identify and resolve service issues, escalating recurring problems to management as needed.
