Anforderungen

•Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management, or studies in marketing/sales or comparable
•2-5 years of relevant work experience
•Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday
•Knowledge of the testing and certification industry
•Very good customer service skills
•High service orientation and communication skills
•Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
•Independent and result-oriented way of working

Deine Aufgaben

•Support the sales process and customer service for national and international clients in the TIC area
•Process customer inquiries independently, including proposal preparation and tracking open quotations until orders are received
•Record and maintain accurate customer master data in the CRM system
•Assist in achieving company goals and increasing revenues
•Proactively market CSA's services to existing customers in collaboration with the marketing team
•Participate in occasional client visits, trade shows, and client events
