## Job Description
* You will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics
* Various Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analysing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problems
* Together with your coworkers you are going to work out different solution steps in order to provide optimal and practical advice
* If necessary, you will enter orders, procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search and place orders
## Qualifications
* **Training:** successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician (f/m/div.) or in a comparable field or corresponding many years of professional experience
* **Personality:** reliable, team player
* **Experience and expertise:** very good PC skills desirable
* **Flexibility:** willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift model
* **Languages:** native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills
