### CRM strategy manager (m/f/d)
**Location: Frankfurt/ Main**
**💻What You’ll Do:**
* Develop and implement a CRM and e-CRM communication strategy through creative, engaging and targeted campaigns.
* In-depth understanding of client’s customer data and/or data to identify customer pain points and sequential experiences.
* Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
* Align on omni-channel experiences of the customer journey, constantly improving processes to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion and customer retention rate.
* Work closely with Data analytics, Web and creative team to develop effective and integrated campaigns.
* Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
