## Job Description
As a CRM Manager focused on Acquisition at Omio, you will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that convert new users into active customers. This role is central to optimizing the onboarding experience, driving early engagement, and increasing first-time bookings. You will use CRM channels to deliver personalized, data-driven messaging that accelerates user activation and maximizes acquisition ROI.
**Main tasks and responsibilities:**
* **Drive User Activation:** Design and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-product) to convert new sign-ups into active users.
* **Optimize Onboarding Journeys:** Develop and refine automated communication flows that guide new users from sign-up to their first booking, significantly boosting conversion.
* **Enhance Personalization:** Segment new users based on their behavior and acquisition source, delivering tailored communications that maximize relevance and engagement.
* **Analyze and Improve Performance:** Monitor key acquisition metrics, analyze user behavior to identify friction points, and provide strategic insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
* **Manage CRM Platforms:** Utilize and manage CRM tools, specifically Braze, to build, automate, and maintain robust acquisition campaigns and journeys.
* **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with overall growth strategies.
* **A/B Test and Innovate:** Continuously A/B test messaging, timing, and channel mix to improve early-stage engagement and conversion rates.
## Qualifications
**Experience**
* Successfully executed diverse CRM automation projects
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management and technology, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing CRM solutions. **(Braze)**
