Anforderungen
- •1-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience
- •BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field
- •Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally with experience in FMCG
- •Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers
- •Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects
- •Fluency in English and one or more languages among Hungarian, Czech, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Croatian, and Slovenian

- •Create customer-centric communications
- •Execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
- •Set up manual and automated mailings
- •Send push notifications aligned with customer needs

- •Collaborate with product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams
- •Ensure communications are on-brand and impactful
- •Develop engaging content for direct marketing initiatives
- •Implement Central CRM campaigns including push notifications and newsletters
- •Create and execute ad booking campaigns based on vendor input
- •Monitor campaign performance for consistency
- •Streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions
- •Benchmark and provide new ideas for A/B test scenarios
- •Align with Campaigns & Promotions and Market representatives on CRM activity
- •Share best practices with other CRM Campaign managers across markets
