Anforderungen
- •University degree in law, business administration, or related field
- •Experience in corporate financing (not mandatory)
- •Knowledge of structuring and preparing international loan documentation (e.g. LMA, LSTA)
- •Ability to merge legal expertise with business needs
- •Familiarity with Legal Tech and passion for AI & innovation
- •Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
- •Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus

- •Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent
- •Manage legal and operational tasks throughout financing transactions
