Anforderungen
- •Several years of leadership experience as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director or Senior Art Director in a digital or creative agency
- •Proven experience with international brands or complex, technology-driven brand environments
- •Outstanding portfolio focused on digital brand communication, visual concepts and experiences
- •Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital communication and visual storytelling
- •Strong expertise in 3D and motion design as a creative lead
- •Experience with common toolchains and pipelines (e.g. Cinema 4D or Blender, Unreal Engine, rendering tools) and openness to new technologies
- •High affinity for AI and understanding of generative AI in creative and production processes
- •Excellent sense of aesthetics, dramaturgy and visual brand impact
- •Confident presence, strong communication skills and passion for team leadership, mentoring and development
- •Presentation confidence and experience working with demanding stakeholders
- •Very good German and English skills
