•Ensure customer satisfaction with instruments, supplies, and services
•Manage Territory Service engineers and Application Specialists for effective technical service delivery
•Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer education according to service contracts
•Maintain key account relationships to align with Country Business Lead and grow Share of Wallet
•Utilize cost dashboards to improve technical service costs at high-cost accounts
•Ensure tools and infrastructure meet Lab Solutions business objectives
•Collaborate with Zone Head and supporting functions to achieve KPIs and operational excellence
•Drive initiatives to meet Service KPIs and document projects in dedicated tools
•Design and implement operations processes for high-quality service and financial target achievement
•Develop and action budgets for service operations with the Country Business Lead
•Support strategic directions in Healthcare IVD with Customer Services management
•Implement service budgets, including installed base development and service sales programs
•Work with Local Finance teams to identify service cost improvement initiatives
