  • Ensure claims are handled professionally and diligently
  • Manage risk and ensure team safety
  • Ensure business continuity and analyze risks
  • Lead crisis management protocols and crisis cell
  • Maintain company assets in good condition
  • Accountable for achieving business performance targets
  • Measure, track, and report performance indicators
  • Identify and correct performance deviations promptly
  • Implement progress initiatives for performance improvement
