Anforderungen

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or market management in Sweden, ideally in building automation, electrical engineering, or related industries
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in leading a remotely operating sales team
  • Proven record of developing and successfully implementing business strategies, especially in dynamic and challenging markets
  • Strong network within the Swedish construction, electrical, or smart building sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to headquarters in Germany

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
