  • Handle customer claims with professionalism
  • Ensure safety and business continuity for all teams
  • Analyze risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Lead crisis management protocols and crisis cell

  • Measure, track, and report performance indicators
  • Identify and correct performance deviations promptly
