# Country HR Partner Germany (m/f/d)
**Schweinfurt, Germany** | **Full time** | **Hybrid**
The Country HR Partner Germany (m/f/d), located in our Schweinfurt plant, serves as the in-country HR expert for Germany to execute HR Operational matters by collaborating with all our Centers of Excellence (CoE), Employee Relations, and Shared Services programs and functions (e.g. Payroll, HR Operations). The Country HR Partner is the interface to our employee populations and business managers, serving as an escalation point to effectively administer and support HR programs in accordance with company policies and procedures. He/she is the expert on country specific requirements of the employee life cycle and supports in HR Projects as needed.
**Tasks:**
* Supports and administers a wide range of HR functions in collaboration with internal stakeholder as CoEs, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Operations etc.
* HR administrative tasks,
* regulatory requirements,
* compensation/benefit/reward programs,
* employee engagement and retention programs,
* recruitment,
* performance management programs,
* leaves of absence,
* work restrictions,
* HR audits,
* and other HR support processes and programs – per global, regional, or local requirements
* Assists with the evaluation of business requests for programs/policies and with the implementation and communication following the business approval process
* May participate in local works council negotiations, labor disputes and/or contract administration if required by Employee Relations
* Assists in the execution of programs and policies following Company and CoE guidance and provides input and feedback including local legal changes
* Handles escalated issues from all CoE’s and Shared Services
* May advise and coach managers on disciplinary matters, conduct investigations, conflict and dispute resolution, and other Employee Relations matters following established protocols. Consults with Legal, Compliance, and Human Rights teams as necessary.
* Supports and forsters Self Service automated processes; assists in ensuring data integrity as needed, including organizational structures and security
* Acts as an influencer for HR and the HR Transformation
**Profile:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or similar
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in different HR functions with focus on Local HR Partner activities in a Global Company
* Broad understanding of German employment/labor law and HR programs such as compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR administration
* Experience in dealing with labor law and works council matters
* Experience in moderation and conducting negotiations with employee representatives
* Experience with change management/change processes
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills - both written and verbal including both English German
* Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and partner with all levels of the organization to develop and implement best HR practices
* Demonstrates good judgment in decision making and in recommendations provided.
* Demonstrates the ability to work on a variety of HR situations of varying scope in a productive manner and timely manner
* Proven ability to work in a demanding, high-performance work environment and a team-oriented culture
