Anforderungen

  • •Minimum 3 years experience in Corporate Responsibility
  • •5 years experience in Aerospace & Transportation industries
  • •Broad knowledge across sustainability dimensions
  • •Relationship management and influencing skills
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead strategy development
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • •Excellent personal effectiveness and project management skills
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Professional proficiency in English is a must
  • •Fluency in German and/or French is a plus

  • •Conduct regulatory monitoring and benchmarking.
  • •Maintain diagnostics of maturity and compliance.
  • •Create an inventory of current compliance initiatives.
  • •Support coordination of Compliance Pillar actions.
  • •Develop an annual milestone plan for reporting.
  • •Define actions related to Ecodesign and climate strategy.
  • •Produce regulatory reports related to the compliance approach.
  • •Coordinate compliance with environmental laws and requirements.
  • •Manage process improvements for environmental regulations.
  • •Propose best practice initiatives for the division.
  • •Coordinate internal communications on compliance matters.
