You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while also facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile), and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. **This position is available in either Vienna, Austria, or Lachen, Switzerland. Candidates may indicate their preferred location.** **Your new Challenges which will inspire you:** * Lead Global IT Infrastructure and Business Application Projects and oversee project teams across all Octapharma sites * Take charge of the entire project lifecycle (Project Planning, Execution, and Delivery) * Manage team members and external contractors effectively * Address and resolve project-related challenges regarding Risk and Change Management * Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and third-party contractors * Enhance project quality and execution, supporting agile methodologies and global IT project progress **Your profile that will convince us:** * University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience * At least 7 years experience in project management * Strong knowledge of PMI-oriented and agile processes, PMP certification is a plus * Familiarity with MS Project or other project management tools * Fluent in English, written and oral.
