As a Core Team Leader in R&D, you will drive complex medical device projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while leading diverse teams. This role focuses on planning, risk management, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business
• •Minimum 10 years in medical device product development
• •3 years in a leadership role
• •Proven track record of delivering complex projects
• •Strong ability to align stakeholders with customer and business needs
• •In-depth understanding of medical device development
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
• •Familiarity with regulatory and quality management systems
• •Master’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, science, or business)
• •Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• •Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• •Six Sigma certification
• •Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles
• •Familiarity with medical device software development
