Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
- •Experience with DRP processes and/or DataCenter management
- •General knowledge of IT infrastructure and ITIL concepts
- •Basic facilities technical skills and environmental controls
- •Knowledge in scripting languages for automation
- •Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation
- •Proven production environment management and strong troubleshooting skills
- •Curiosity, open-mindedness, and strong communication skills
- •Autonomy, organization, and customer-oriented mindset
- •Experience working on projects with international teams
- •Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage operations for device reception, storage, and decommissioning in AHD datacenters
- •Serve as the focal point for the local operational team subcontracted to an external Airbus partner
- •Define and optimize device implementation in AHD datacenters based on power and cooling best practices
- •Ensure continuous 24/7 digital service delivery by managing power and cooling needs with AHD Facility Management
- •Maintain and update the AH Group CMDB for physical devices
- •Generate regular dashboards to track major datacenter activities and KPIs
- •Keep comprehensive documentation for all datacenter infrastructures and processes up to date
- •Prepare and coordinate regular DRP tests at AHD sites with the AH Group DRP manager and application owners
- •Manage and update local AHD DRP documentation and associated processes
- •Deliver local AHD DRP KPIs and manage return of experience on major DRP incidents
- •Define and optimize operational training sessions on DRP for various stakeholders
- •Develop and optimize operational scripts to automate DRP tools for documentation and reporting
- •Continuously improve DRP processes and documentation for effective digital service resilience
- •Contribute to disaster response and recovery plan execution during a crisis
- •Define and maintain the Datacenter and DRP service catalog describing delivered services
