Anforderungen
- •Completed training or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- •Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Materials Management
- •Solid experience with SAP, particularly in MM and SD modules
- •Excellent Excel skills
- •Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Fluent English
- •German is an advantage
- •Experience working with Asian partners
- •Team player
- •Strong communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate the flow of materials between production sites and customers
- •Place Purchase Orders in SAP and monitor order processing
- •Independently plan materials for assigned customers to maintain inventory levels
- •Analyze supply scenarios, capacity constraints, and inventory projections
- •Collaborate on solutions for overstock or obsolete inventory
- •Review and manage customer call-offs received via EDI
- •Align production and delivery schedules with customer call-offs
- •Ensure quality and consistency of data in the SAP system
- •Maintain, update, and verify master data for business processes
- •Create reports and analyses to optimize supply chain processes
- •Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
- •Interpret KPIs to evaluate performance
- •Act as the central interface between production sites, internal departments, and customers
- •Collaborate to align demand and inventory strategies
- •Contribute to logistics process improvements and new tool implementations
- •Participate in cross-functional projects
