# Coordinator Logistics Outbound Temp (6-12 months contract) **Zug, CHE** | **Full time** Location: Zug Address: Zug, Zug 6300 Switzerland Job Title: Coordinator Logistics Outbound Temp (6-12 months contract) Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to coordinate all activities related to outbound of products from the 3PL-operated Distribution Centers to Canada Goose customers and own Retail stores. In addition, the incumbent ensures that all logistics-related Jira tickets are investigated and closed in a timely manner. The Coordinator Logistics is also the main point of contact for our retail stores, WHS Partners and Warehouse & Transportation for all logistics and transport-related queries and questions. **What You’ll Do:** * Act as interface between Warehouses and Cusomer (Retail + WHS) commercial teams. * Monitor the replenishment of CG’s retail stores. * Monitor the execution of WHS orders. * Monitor transport execution. * Resolve logistics related Jira-tickets in collaboration with the warehouses/the parcel delivery company and monitor the ticket-pipeline * Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence. **Let's Talk About You:** * 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics * Transport experience * Language: English and any other European language is a plus * Excellent communication skills * Proactivity and flexibility * Team player – ability to work and grow in a diverse and multi-cultural team * Doer: ability to make things happen fast * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems including troubleshooting is a plus * Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner. * Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required **Working Conditions:** * Hybrid model of open office space and working from home. **What’s in it For You?** * A company built on Canadian roots and heritage * Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program * Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs * Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards * Be a part of *CG Gives*.
