* You develop and manage the annual departmental budget, including financial forecasts for the global Product Integrity (Quality) team
* You lead the consolidation, reporting, and communication of KPIs to global AGCO stakeholders

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or a comparable field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and QlikView is desirable
* Proven experience working in global business environments and managing cross-country stakeholder expectations and skilled in communicating effectively across multiple levels, locations, and departments within a global organization
