JOIN THE TASTE. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * As a Controlling Excellence Professional (m/f/d) you support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of globally consistent controlling guidelines, particularly in areas such as P&L and overhead cost accounting. * You take ownership of excellence initiatives by shaping and standardizing processes, structures, and systems globally—balancing visionary thinking with operational execution. * You plan and deliver communication and training activities to support process rollouts and change management. * You will collaborate actively within the Finance Excellence Team (Accounting, Controlling, IT) and the Business Architecture Team (BAT) Finance, with indirect coordination across other BAT interfaces. * You will work closely with process owners in local subsidiaries and cross-functional teams, contributing to and occasionally leading international optimization projects in interdisciplinary environments. * Additionally you document processes with direct linkage to operational system transactions using a BPM system (e.g., BIC Cloud) and drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes to enhance the value chain in collaboration with cross-functional teams. **WHAT YOU BRING** * You hold a Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling or a comparable academic qualification. * You have extensive professional experience in controlling, including collaboration with cross-functional departments and a proven track record in optimizing structures, processes, and systems within the controlling function. * A strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of business operations are vital for this position. * You are proficient in SAP S/4HANA (CO module) with strong knowledge of planning, ERP, and reporting systems, complemented by advanced MS Office skills and a high level of digital fluency. * You are a visionary thinker with a hands-on, solution-driven approach—capable of driving innovation and implementation with a high level of flexibility, ownership, and team spirit. * You are experienced in international and cross-functional collaboration, combined with fluency in English and German and a high willingness to travel internationally. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** Attractive remuneration | Flexible work models & mobile work | 30 days of vacation plus Special vacation at Christmas & New Year's Eve | Sabbatical | Discounts in the Dr. Oetker Shop | Pension plan | professional development opportunities | JobRad | Daycare cooperation for children | Excellent employee restaurant | Sports, health and fitness offers | Laundry service | Visiting the Dr. Oetker World | Events and celebrations ​ Dr. Oetker is an equal opportunities employer.
