Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration with focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting, or comparable qualification
- •At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and reporting
- •Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision)
- •Excellent analytical skills and strong affinity for working with numbers
- •Structured, precise, and independent working style
- •Clear and structured communication skills
- •Flexible, proactive, and hands-on mentality with a sense of responsibility
- •Business fluent in German and English

- •Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
- •Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting
- •Create ad-hoc reports and presentations

- •Analyze data stored in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- •Design and create Excel Macros
- •Develop and optimize controlling and reporting tools
- •Drive digitalization and automation of financial reporting
- •Assist in continuous improvement of controlling processes
