Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
- •Professional experience in controlling/reporting
- •Experience in the media industry, particularly the music industry
- •Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards (IFRS/HGB), and investment valuation methods
- •Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- •Ability to communicate complex information effectively
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- •Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- •Genuine passion for music and the artists we represent

- •Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports
- •Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis
- •Assess profitability of projects
- •Manage project controlling for artist signings and acquisitions
- •Develop and update monthly forecasts
- •Lead the annual budgeting process
- •Support investment appraisals and approval processes
- •Collaborate with Management, Creative, and Legal teams
- •Advise creative departments on business-related matters
- •Liaise with Legal, Tax, and Accounting departments
- •Enhance and optimize existing controlling tools
- •Leverage BI solutions for data-driven decision-making
- •Support senior management on strategic projects
- •Assist in preparing and coordinating audits
