Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration with focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting, or comparable qualification
- •At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and reporting
- •Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision)
- •Excellent analytical skills and strong affinity for working with numbers
- •Structured, precise, and independent working style with ability to handle complex tasks
- •Clear and structured communication skills for translating complex financial topics
- •Flexible, proactive, and hands-on mentality with clear sense of responsibility
- •Business fluent in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
- •Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports
- •Create ad-hoc reports and presentations from financial data
- •Perform variance analyses and recommend actions to meet financial targets
- •Analyze data stored in the ERP System Microsoft Dynamics
- •Design and create Excel Macros
- •Develop and optimize controlling and reporting tools
- •Drive digitalization and automation of financial reporting
- •Assist in continuous improvement of controlling processes
