•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, natural science, engineering, or related
•Prior experience in compliance topics advantageous
•Interest in managing contracts and supplier relations
•Strong expertise in organizational and project management

•Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination
•Act as the primary contracting contact for the leadership team
•Ensure clarity on scope, deliverables, and timelines
•Initiate and maintain sound contracts with key audit and consulting firms
•Collaborate with the Global Purchasing Team
•Support RFP development and vendor evaluation
•Drive contracts through internal approval processes
•Manage compliance projects and outcomes in cloud compliance
•Support the development and execution of the compliance strategy
