Anforderungen
- •Degree in business law, engineering, law, maritime studies, or comparable qualification
- •Ideally additional training in contract or project management
- •Several years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- •Experience in complex offshore or large-scale projects
- •Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- •Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- •Experience with contract and document management systems
- •Willingness to travel
- •Ability to operate in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments

- •Draft contracts for offshore grid connection tenders
- •Lead contract negotiations through to final award
- •Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- •Manage and document contract-compliant project execution
- •Develop and continuously improve contract standards
- •Support the handling of insurance claims
- •Implement contractual processes for international large-scale projects
- •Analyze completed contracts to evaluate opportunities and risks
- •Optimize contract processes and partner communication
- •Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations
