## Content Marketing Specialist
**Overview**
We're seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our content strategy. Reporting directly to our VP Revenue, you'll be instrumental in driving lead generation, and building Hirematic's brand presence as a challenger in the recruitment marketing space. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire content lifecycle, make a significant impact on our growth, and define the future of marketing at Hirematic.
**What you will do**
* **Content Strategy & Execution**: Own and execute the content strategy across all channels, including our website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletters. You'll produce engaging, high-conversion content pieces such as articles, use cases, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, product tutorials, video explainers, and interviews.
* **Lead Generation & Nurturing**: Develop and optimize content and nurturing strategies to attract attention, generate awareness, build trust, and convert leads into customers. This includes creating assets like case studies, feature videos, how-to guides, webinars, and email sequences.
* **Product-Led Content**: Work closely with our product team to translate complex features into compelling stories, visuals, and product-led content.
* **Social Media & Engagement**: Develop and execute a robust LinkedIn strategy to grow reach, engagement, and leads.
* **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop essential content that supports the sales funnel, such as one-pagers and sales decks.
* **Performance Analysis**: Analyze and iterate on content performance, focusing on key metrics like engagement, leads, and traffic.
* **Industry Expertise**: Stay updated with the latest tech and recruitment trends, transforming them into insightful, authoritative content that positions Hirematic as a thought leader.
* **Freelancer Management**: Manage external freelancers for specialized tasks like video editing or graphic design when needed.
## Requirements
**What you’ll bring**
* Proven experience in content marketing, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B environments.
* Ability to produce high-conversion content across various formats and channels.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Demonstrable experience in driving MQLs and SQLs through content strategies.
* Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and initiative, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Nice to have**
* Familiarity with programmatic advertising and/or recruitment marketing.
* Experience with HubSpot.
* Experience with tools like Loom or AI video tools.
* Ability to repurpose content into different formats (e.g., carousels, short videos, infographics).
