# Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d) **München** | **Full time** # Responsibilities: * With targeted content along the customer journey, you support Marketing and Sales in lead generation and nurturing * You select suitable formats and channels – both internal and external – and implement our content strategy tailored to specific target groups * As project lead, you manage planning, execution, and KPI-based reporting related to our content processes * You ensure that global tone, messaging, and design remain consistent * In collaboration with international teams and agencies, you keep everything on track and stay on top of AI trends # Qualifications: * You have successfully completed your studies in Communication, Media, Journalism – or a comparable field * You have several years of experience in Marketing and Communications – ideally in a B2B environment * With a strategic mindset and editorial sensitivity, you craft compelling and impactful content * You are well-versed in corporate publishing and effectively use digital formats and AI tools for content creation * You also have experience in press and public relations, ideally complemented by monitoring expertise * Your communication is clear, your organization is well thought-out – in both German and English at a business-fluent level.
