Anforderungen
- •Polish at C2 level with excellent writing, translation, and editing skills
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in content, localisation, or digital marketing
- •Proven experience with Social Media or Influencer Marketing
- •Experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in a DTC brand or scale-up context
- •Strong understanding of the Polish digital landscape, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
- •Familiarity with SEO/SEA, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques
- •Comfortable managing creative storytelling, relationship building, and operational tasks

- •Localize and create Polish-language content for product pages, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns
- •Drive social media and community management to enhance brand reach and trust

- •Support Google Search (SEO) efforts with relevant content strategies
- •Contribute to campaign ideation and digital storytelling for local narratives
- •Manage structured content processes, including product data entry and translation workflows
- •Translate, test, and improve written assets and campaign structures using AI tools
